    1、 一般规定
    1. General provisions
    食品工业洁净用房应按生物洁净室原则建设,以控制有生命微粒的污染为主要目的,以空气洁净技术为过程控制的重要保障条件,构造良好卫生生产环境。

The important guarantee condition of process control is air clean technology, and a good sanitary production environment should be constructed.
    建有洁净用房的食品工厂的选址、设计、布局、建设和改造应符合食品洁净生产要求,大限度地避免污染、交叉污染、混料和差错的发生。

    2、总平面布置

    建有洁净用房的食品工厂厂区内的建筑物的位置应满足食品生产工艺的需要,划分生活区和生产区;生产区中应明确区分洁净生产区、一般生产区和非食品处理区。

    3、 洁净生产区
