      实验室装修洁净度的意义
      Significance of cleanliness in laboratory decoration
      在ISO/IEC 17025《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》中,对洁净实验室的环境条件提出了明确的要求:“实验室应确保其环境条件不会使结果无效,或对所要求的测量质量产生不良响。”“相关的规范、方法和程序有要求,或对结果的质量有影响时,实验室应监测、控制和记录环境条件。对诸如生物消毒、灰尘、电磁干扰、辐射、湿度、供电、温度、声级和振级等应予重视,使其适应于相关的技术活动。当环境条件危及到检测或校准的结果时,应停止检测和校准。”
      In ISO/IEC 17025 "General Requirements for Testing and Calibrating Laboratory Capability", the environmental conditions of clean laboratories are clearly demanded: "Laboratories should ensure that their environmental conditions do not invalidate the results or produce adverse effects on the required measurement quality." "Laboratories should monitor, control and record environmental conditions when relevant specifications, methods and procedures are required or have an impact on the quality of the results. Attention should be paid to such aspects as biological disinfection, dust, electromagnetic interference, radiation, humidity, power supply, temperature, sound level and vibration level to adapt them to relevant technical activities. When environmental conditions endanger the results of testing or calibration, testing and calibration should be stopped.
      对水质化验室而言,影响室内环境质量的主要参数是空气洁净度、温度、湿度等。过去,人们比较重视洁净实验室内温度和湿度的控制,如强调应在大型精密仪器实验室内安放空调和除湿机。但是,在出现空气污染问题的今天,人们却对洁净实验室内的空气洁净度这一参数重视得不够,目前国内具有空气洁净度控制系统的痕量分析实验室尚不普遍。

      随着微电子工业、医疗卫生事业、食品工业、宇航工业、精密机械、精细化工行业的高速发展,各行业的技术设施不仅对环境有温湿度的常规要求,而且也要求室内微粒的含量、气流、压力等控制在一定范围内,洁净空调技术便应运而生。
      With the rapid development of microelectronics industry, medical and health industry, food industry, aerospace industry, precision machinery and fine chemical industry, the technical facilities of various industries not only have the conventional requirements of temperature and humidity for the environment, but also require the control of indoor particulate content, air flow and pressure within a certain range.       洁净实验室的选址应尽量选取周围环境较清洁和绿化较多的地区,其空调设计应遵循以下原则:
      The location of clean laboratory should be chosen as far as possible in areas with cleaner environment and more greening. The air conditioning design of clean laboratory should follow the following principles:
      ⑴在不影响生产的情况下,应尽量将洁净度要求相同的实验室安排在一起;
      (1) Labs with the same cleanliness requirements should be arranged together as far as possible without affecting production;

      ⑵洁净实验室内只布置必要的工艺设备,容易产生灰尘和有害气体的工艺设备尽量布置在室外;
      (2) Only the necessary process equipment is arranged in the clean laboratory, and the process equipment which easily produces dust and harmful gases is arranged outdoors as far as possible.
      ⑶同一洁净室内尽量将洁净度要求高的工序布置在洁净气流首先到达的区域;
      (3) In the same clean room, the processes requiring high cleanliness should be arranged in the area where the clean air flow first arrives.
      ⑷易产生污染的工序应布置在靠近回风口、排风口位置;
      (4) The process which is prone to pollution should be arranged near the return air outlet and the exhaust air outlet.
      ⑸洁净实验室的设备及家具采用表面光滑、不易起尘的材料。
      _The equipment and furniture of the clean laboratory are made of smooth and dustproof materials.
      现代痕量分析洁净实验室在满足环境温湿度条件的同时,不能忽视实验室内空气洁净度的控制,城市空气中普遍含有程度不等的被测物质,若对实验室内的空气洁净度不加以控制,将影响痕量分析的准确度和检测限,并影响大型精 密分析仪器的使用寿命。
      Modern trace analysis clean laboratory can not ignore the control of air cleanliness in the laboratory while meeting the environmental temperature and humidity conditions.
