      实验室不同于一般的建筑或室内设计,无论是通风还是防火防爆,安全都是其设计中不可缺少的考虑因素。那么如何设计安全合理的实验室出口通道呢?这是一个介绍。

      安全疏散设施包括安全出口、疏散楼梯、疏散门、疏散走道、应急照明、隔烟排烟设施、安全指示装置等。实验室安全的重要性是毋庸置疑的。首先,实验室应尽可能保持通风畅通,逃生通道畅通,实验室室内通道必须有合理的设计,工作空间不应设计成无规则的形状。应考虑人员出入口的数量、宽度和开口方向。

      室内通道:试验区主通道净宽度为2000mm-2500mm,试验台或设备之间的主通道≥1200mm。

      安全疏散的关键是“快”:当空气中的一氧化碳浓度为0.05%时,如果人们停留3小时,就会有生命危险。当一氧化碳浓度为0.15%时,活1小时是危险的。当一氧化碳浓度为0.40%时,停留1小时后即可死亡。但当一氧化碳浓度约为1.30%时,如果人吸入多少口就会失去意识,严重中毒,难以抢救。
