Pipeline, fittings, valve number, material, working pressure of refrigeration system in aseptic workshop should meet the design requirements, and there should be product qualification certificate and quality certificate documents; liquid pipe should start from the main bottom or side, gas pipe should start from the main top or side, if more than two branch pipe connections are tilted East and west, the distance is large. The inner and outer walls of pipes and fittings should be clean and dry, and the brackets connecting the suction and exhaust pipes of machines and small diameter steel pipe valves should be single, parallel laying pipes with inhalation below; the bending radius of refrigerant pipes should be larger than that of pipes, and the bending radius of refrigerant pipes should not be welded or corrugated, and the branch pipes should bend in the direction of medium flow.
Connecting with main pipe, bending radius less than elbow should not be used; steel pipe incision should be smooth without burrs, flanging should be concentric, no cracks, wrinkles and good sealing. Dry compressed air or nitrogen should be used to discharge pollutants from refrigeration systems. Refrigerant valves should be tested by single pressure before installation. When the nominal pressure of strength test is tested, the time should not be less than 1.1 times of the nominal pressure of the pressure valve, and the duration of unqualified leakage. The installation position, direction, height and form of the valve should meet the requirements of design and use.
Before installation, check, clean and test the valves according to the regulations, and record the self-inspection, mutual inspection and test. Gas welding is not allowed to cut the bolt holes on the bracket and hanger steel structure. Mechanical drilling should be used. The metal materials of the brackets and hangers shall be cut off by a grinding wheel saw or a hand saw. When installation, attention should be paid to flange parallel, two flange holes on top of horizontal pipe should be concentric horizontally, flange holes of vertical pipe should be parallel to wall, bolt tightening is even and symmetrical; weld shape and size meet the requirements, center selection is appropriate, current and electrode selection is correct, welding technology is strict. When injecting refrigerant at construction site, operators should wear protective equipment and strictly abide by operation rules. At the same time, ensure the air circulation on site, and strictly prohibit fireworks and firecrackers. Make pressure test plan to check the tightness and reliability of pipe bracket, pipe end baffle and temporary reinforcement facilities. Pipeline cleaning outlets shall be fixed discharge, and shall not pollute the installed equipment and surrounding environment; when painting pipes, branches and hangers, they shall be isolated, and shall not pollute the finished product ground, wall, ceiling and other installation products. Avoid refrigerant leakage and reduce air pollution; Pipeline pressure test and flushing can be connected to the equipment after completion, prevent installation sequence reversal, lead to welding slag entering the equipment, causing damage to equipment components; Refrigeration compressor installation should meet the requirements of specifications. The evaporator inclines to the suction tube of the refrigeration compressor, so the liquid refrigerant in the tube should be prevented from entering the evaporator, resulting in the phenomenon of liquid impact. The gradient of the horizontal suction pipe and the compressor should not be less than that to ensure the smooth return of lubricant to the machine.
